The October snow and resultant power outages delayed our event, but we ultimately gathered on Saturday, November 19th at the Deer Valley Clubhouse for an evening of Berkshire Brewing Company beer tasting, Hartley & Parker wine tasting, hors d'ouvres, raffles, and music by Rob Thomas to benefit the Ellington High School tennis teams.
While raising funds for the EHS teams, all who gathered for the evening joined in our celebration of our outstandingly successful year in which the EHS teams qualified for ciac State championships for the first time, our 14 and younger summer USTA team won the Western Massachusetts State Championship, and our 4 new tennis courts (OUR NEW HOME!!!) were constructed.
